ATTENTION MANAGERS: NEXT CMCA EXAMINATION IS SEPTEMBER 10, 1999
The next opportunity to obtain the national Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) credential is fast approaching! On September 10, 1999, the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) will be administering the National Certification Examination, which is the final step required to become a CMCA certificant. To obtain the CMCA credential, you must:
1. Successfully complete the M-100: "The Essentials of Community Association Management" offered by CAI;
2. Submit the CMCA application and fee to NBC-CAM; and
3. Pass the National Certification Examination.
In obtaining the CMCA credential, managers show their homeowner clients, colleagues, and employers that they have the fundamental knowledge necessary to manage community associations. CMCA certificants have demonstrated their commitment to improving their profession.
