(Milwaukee, WI)—Mary Glass recently had a telephone conversation with Candidate Bernadine Bradford, School Board Candidate for District #4. It followed a brief encounter at the February Monthly meeting of CFNBA Business Leadership Council.

"Ms. Bradford was very articulate and upbeat regarding her quest for the position of Milwaukee Public Schools Board Director for District #4,” said Glass. “ I was impressed by her interest in "linking" resources of the neighborhood, special education and her experience as a special education substitute teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools.”

Bernadine Bradford is a twenty-nine year old mother of three Day Care through elementary age children.

She is determined to make a difference in our public schools in the Milwaukee area. Her platform consists of 3 items. They are:

 Higher graduation rates and academic skills.

 Increased parental involvement.

 Resources in classrooms to serve ALL children.

EDUCATION & WORK
She is a Milwaukee Public School graduate – Riverside University High School. With an undergraduate degree – B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland College; and, a graduate degree – M.S. in Exceptional Education – University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

She is a Milwaukee Public School Substitute Teacher.
