CFNBA WELCOME GAS STATION OWNER, SATWINDER SINGH

NEW, SENSITIVE and STATE-OF-THE-ART

Recently, at 2312 W. Fond du Lac Avenue, a Marathon Gas Station was opened.

It is owned by Satwinder Singh. A business owner with neighborhood goodwill in mind. He is providing an outside environment with windshield washer fluid and windshield cleaning sweeper.

He also has a working vaccuum and air pump.

INSIDE
The convenient store portion of this site has a variety of quick need items, daily papers, ATM machine, hot coffee and fruit for the customer in the neighborhood and the custome on-the-move.

He is friendly and know the importance of being "sensitive" to his customers and the neighborhood he does business in.

The previous owner created a very negative image and rapport with the neighborood. Consequently, when Satwinder came in, he inherited the desire of the neighborhood closing off the 23rd Street entry to the gas station. However, Satwinder has done his homework. He was able to get an overwhelming amount of support to remove this limitation.

Satwinder has also joined CFNBA Business Association and the Gas Station Roundtable.

The Gas Station Roundtable will address issues facing the Gas Station Owners, those issues affecting the residential stakeholders, the government compliance; and, the net growth of the neighborhood.

We are pleased to have Satwinder as a business owner that has taken leadership in providing quality service for the customer and making the neighborhood a better place to do business in.
