DO YOU HAVE AN OPINION? WANT TO EXPRESS IT?
THEN WHO DO YOU CONTACT
One of the most frustrating times in our lives is to feel strongly about something and believe that there is no way to ?‘effectively?’ share that opinion. Sometimes it is something we have read in the paper, or heard on a television News show. Sometimes it is a piece of literature we received in the mail.
During these moments of frustration, we often feel that no one really cares, that there is no way to express our opinions, that there is no one to call. Well, this is one of the most hidden truths that we face today. Because, there are Many people, like ourselves that do care And that will be happy to listen to our ideas, our opinions and certainly a positive solution to the problem.
Neighborhoods do have a voice and that voice is You. I have learned, over the past five years, that most (if not all) our elected representatives want to hear from us. They want to know the feelings, the opinions, and the possible solutions to the multitude of problems that we face every day
Those people, who will listen, are your legislator?’s and other elected representatives. Below, you will fmd the first list (of many to come) of these people. Send them a message via their email, call them,, or write them a letter. Your opinion will be heard. If they receive nothing from the citizen, then the only input they have upon which to make a decision is the lobbyists?’ (the paid professionals) It?’s time that We, the Neighborhoods become our own lobbyist, and stand up for ourselves And our families.

THEN WHO DO YOU CALL?
Representative James Weiers 602-542-4639
(Speaker of the House) Email: jweiers@azleg. state.az.us
Representative Linda Gray 602-542-3376 Email: lgray@azleg.state.az.us
Your opinion does count. Relatively few of our neighbors have actually contacted their representatives to let them know just how they feel.
I believe that it is Our responsibility to express our opinions and our views ?— how else will they know what the citizens want or need? How else can they serve our community, our families?. . . ☻
