Attention: Owners with Rental Units

Within 30 days of signing, all landlords or their managing agent must provide to the Board of Directors, the following:

*A copy of the lease or rental agreement
*A signed recipt with tenants signature that acknowledges receipt of the Rules and Regulations
*A list of name(s) and phone number(s) of renter. Rental agent information will not be accepted.
*Company name, Contact name and phone number of Rental agent
