NEW DIRECTORY
The new neighborhood directory is complete and will be distributed this weekend February 10th. We have 7 new neighbors since the directory was printed so when you meet them you can update your directory. The directory also has a map of home so you can cross-reference where your neighbors live. Gate operation information, a list of the committee members and our contact at Pro-Com are also listed. We need to give our appreciation to Mr. Juan Zuelchner, the directory coordinator, who did most of the hard work to bring you this valuable tool. If you have any questions, please contact Juan Zuelchner at 408-1992.
ENTRANCE BEAUTIFICATION Phase II
In Phase I, the trees were trimmed, the ugly ball moss removed and we now have a healthy growth of trees that will spread into a nice canopy
With phase II of our Entrance Beautification Project we have planted 53 (5) gallon plants along with some landscape rock and good soil for our future perennial and annual beds.
We need your help to continue. On Saturday, February 17th we will be having another "Beautification Work Session & Barbecue".
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
If you can help with manual labor we want you. If you cannot help with manual labor, than a donation for a 1-gallon plant would also be welcome. Additionally, volunteers for food, or beverages would be appreciated.
CHEERS AND JEERS
As mentioned in our last newsletter we are taking names for our new Community Page, Cheers & Jeers. If you don't remember, any individual or company that has done you a good job (Cheers), can be posted with your recommendation and testimonial to their good work for your neighbors to read. Likewise if you have someone you would not recommend (Jeers) they can also be listed. Please feel free to contact me with such names.
Please submit any such people to myself, your website coordinator and I will post on the web page. (Bill DeCastro 493-6964 h. 661-4592 w. fruehauf@idworld.net)
Suggestion, articles or comments for the newsletter are always welcomed.
