It's Illegal

The City of Surprise prohibits the use of all off road vehicles on public streets. Not only are they dangerous to pedestrians, they deface the landscape and cause unnecessary noise and dust to the community. Please be conciderate to your neighbors and do not ride the vehicles in our community. The Surprise Police Department has been given consent to enter and prosicute all infractions.
