Caracol Creek Park is shaping up, providing a safe place for your children to play and an attractive area for our residents to enjoy! When one enters the park, they should be aware of our park rules posted on the outside of the gate in two separate locations. From time to time, residents are observed breaking the rules simply because they are not aware of the rules. Please take the time to read through these rules and explain them to your children. Noncompliance will result in your being asked to leave the park. This article lists the rules for your convienence.
-Park closes at sundown (or 9 p.m.) daily.
-Residents MUST be present with their guests at all times. (park is to be used only by Caracol Creek HOA Residents and their Guests)
-Use of this equipment is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Children must be accompanied by an adult.
-NO pets allowed.
-NO rough playing, cursing, or yelling permitted.
-NO glass containers or bottles allowed.
-NO alcohol or drugs are permitted nor persons under the influence.
-NO jumping off the slides.
-NO skateboarding, bicycle riding, rollerblading, scooters, or any other vehicles will be driven on the grounds.
-NO climbing on the outside of the equipment.
-NO swinging or sitting on the fences or gates.
-NO hanging on the basketball rims.
-Only one person per swing at any time.
-Toddler equipment (in the bumble bee play area) is for our younger children. (ages 0-10 yrs.)

Remember this park is for our Community and it?’s everyone?’s responsibility to KEEP IT CLEAN. Violators may be asked to leave and/or reported to the BEXAR COUNTY SHERIFF?’S OFFICE AT 335-6000.
As association members, we are all responsible for the upkeep and care of our community park. Our park is an asset to our neighborhood, a privelege for our residents and our collective responsibility to respect and honor the rules.
