Fencing
The Board has been replacing fences in various area of the Association. Pebble Beach, Annandale, and Pine Needles are streets that have had common area fences replaced. The board will continue to replace fences as we identify them.
Pool Access Card
The Board has completed the Pool Fence Replacement.
New magnetic access cards can be picked up during the monthly board meetings on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
Each homeowner unit is allowed one card per unit.
