Traffic control issues on Second Avenue and Summit Avenue

The project to place stop signs on Second Avenue and on Summit Avenue will begin in May. The association seeks to limit the amount of through traffic on both of these streets and decrease the average speed of motorists utilizing these roads as cut-throughs to avoid traffic congestion on Joppa and Harford Roads. We have tremendous support for this safety enhancement.
