Annual Assessments to be Mailed December 5th...

Just a reminder that the association will be mailing the annual assessments after the homeowners meeting on December 3rd.
After the annual homeowners?’ meeting is adjourned, the new board will meet to set the rate of assessment for 2004. You are welcome to attend this discussion.
Once the rate is set, we will be mailing the annual assessment invoices to each homeowner at the address listed on the property records for Duval County.
If you have a mailing address different from the one we used to you mail this newsletter, now is the time to ensure the association has a good address, as the annual assessments are due on January 2, 2004.
As in previous years, we will begin assessing late fees on all payments postmarked after the January 17th cutoff date.
As per the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the late fee is 20 percent of the amount due plus certified and first class postage fees.
