Vehicles...

Sep 20, 2004

We have had a rash of illegally parked vehicles in the neighborhood recently and would like to point out that the covenants specifically prohibit vehicles being parked on a lawn or in the street.
If you will consult your copy you will see that they specifically state that all vehicles must be parked in your driveway or garage while in the neighborhood.
Also, boats, trailers, commercial trucks, RVs and other similar type vehicles cannot be parked on the property, even if they are parked behind your fence.
These type of vehicles must be stored in your garage or stored at an off-site vehicle storage facility.
The fines are $50.00 per day up to $1,000.00 if after being notified a owner takes no action to correct this violation.
