We are still having problems with vehicles being improperly parked in the neighborhood. We would like to point out that the covenants specifically prohibit vehicles from being parked on a lawn or other unimproved surface (this includes the rear lawn) or in the street in front of your home. Passenger vehicles must be parked in your driveway or in your garage. The covenants also specifically prohibit trucks (which are defined as anything larger than a standard pickup truck), boats, RVs, trailers (which include campers, garden and enclosed storage varieties), jet skis or other vehicles meant to be attached to a host vehicle, from being parked or stored on a property. This means if you have one of these type of vehicles, your vehicle must be stored inside your closed garage at all times when it is in the neighborhood. If your vehicle will not fit inside you garage then it will have to be stored at a facility outside of our neighborhood.
Places like Atlantic Self Storage on Monument Road or other self-storage facilities have reasonably priced open or enclosed storage spaces for rent?….
