Lawn Inspections in Full Swing….

Now that we are into the growing season for lawns, if you see a black and silver Ford F-150 with a camper top and ladder rack cruising the neighborhood, don?’t worry, it?’s only Mr. Bill Thompson performing the property inspections for us. Mr. Thompson can usually be found around the first of every month, but does make other random inspections as conditions warrant. He will not be entering your property but viewing it from the street. He will also be taking pictures of the really bad violations and attaching them to the notices that are sent to homeowners.
We wanted you to be aware of this so you don?’t think he is canvassing the neighborhood as part of a criminal activity.
However, if you think it may be someone other than Mr. Thompson please call your neighborhood watch block captain and report the suspicious activity.
