Boats, Trucks, RVs and Other Such Vehicles

Dec 23, 2004

The covenants are very clear on the prohibition of boats, trucks (above a pickup, or SUV), trailers, recreational vehicles, and commercial vehicles. This is a residential area with very limited parking and that?’s why this prohibition was enacted by the developer of the neighborhood. The covenants were intended to ensure this.
While you may have noticed several people who had these type vehicles parked on their property, you can rest assured that our inspectors will be contacted.
They will issue warning letter and give the owner 15-days to remove the boat, trailer or truck. After that time has expired, the Board of Directors will determine if a fine is warranted.
We certainly don?’t want any of these actions to occur so we?’re publishing this reminder of these prohibitions so you don?’t think any of the rules have been changed to allow them.
