WELCOMING NEIGHBORS

The Board has in the past requested that neighbors let us know when a home has been sold and new owners move in. There are two reasons for this. One is to allow us to update our mailing list. When we do a mailing, the mail is forwarded and sometimes the previous owner does not advise us they no longer own the home. The new homeowner then does not receive the mailings. As the newsletters are our main means of communication with our neighbors, it is important the mailings reach the current homeowner or tenant if the home is being rented.

Second, we would like the opportunity to welcome new homeowners into Carriage Place. Without your help, we cannot accomplish this goal. If you receive a mailing addressed to Current Carriage Place Homeowner, then we do not know you, but we would like to. Please call any of the Board members and let us know who you are.
