CRHA RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

These covenants were adapted when the homeowners association was formed. They continue to be updated by the Board on a yearly basis. Most homeowners received a copy at closing, but, we understand that some of you have never seen them. We hope that you received a copy of the Restrictive Covenants with the first newsletter. These have been condensed to make it more user- friendly. If you did not receive a copy, please request a copy from the Secretary/Treasurer. A short version is on this website under About Your Association.
Some examples of home projects that must have CRHA Board Architectural Committee are outbuildings, fences, major landscaping, decks, etc. Requests are to be submitted in writing to the Board. Please read the covenants for other items requiring approval. If you have any questions about any of these points, please contact a Board member.
