7th Annual Caufield Neighborhood Garage Sale

Saturday May 17th ONLY, 8:00am ?– 6:00pm

Hi, it’s your Resident Neighborhood Specialist, Cheryle Clunes. It’s time for our neighborhood garage sale! So, unload that unwanted stuff and make some money!

I am personally sponsoring the sale at NO CHARGE to you. It’s FREE !!! I will be running a large BOLD ad in the Oregonian for the entire week prior and the day of the sale. I will have BIG signs at both ends of Glen Oak, Open signs at the entrance of all streets and a directional and a balloon at each house. The deadline to sign up is May 11, 2003 to be on the “Garage Sale Locator Map”. Clusters of homes get the most garage sale shoppers, so encourage your neighbors to participate. We had over 50 homes last year!!!

If you are interested in participating in this year’s neighborhood garage sale please do the following:

1. Sign up by calling Cheryle Clunes at 503-493-6645. Leave your name, address and telephone number. You will then be accounted for a sign, balloon and put on the “Sale Locator Map”. These maps will be available throughout the neighborhood the day of the sale. Remember, it’s FREE !

2. Friday, May 16th, come to my home at 20009 S. Torrey Pines Court (Glen Oak to Torrey Pines Drive, to 1st cul-de-sac Torrey Pines Court), between noon and 7:00pm. Pick up a directional sign, balloon to place in your yard close to the curb. I will also have copies of maps to pass out. This will make it easy for the public to locate you on sale day.

3. PLEASE RETURN SIGNS AFTER YOUR SALE IS COMPLETE, thank you!
