The 2014 election results were as follows:
Mr. Bolden - Membership Chair
Mr. Robertson - Events & Public Relations Chair
Ms. Jackson - Secretary
Ms. Quinn - Treasurer
Mr. Perkins - Vice Chair
Ms. Aguilar - Chairwoman

There is a $10,000 Grow South Dallas Grant That is worth our looking into. The funds can be used for a service project that benefits the community or one of four types of construction projects; current landscape enhancement, new landscape project, neighborhood feature project or a Community Enrichment Service program that holds events or activities that increase community involvement or supplement a city program geared to improve the quality of life of residents or the environment.

Tree plants, paved walking trails, funded neighborhood clean-ups, unique street signs, playground equipment and a lot more.

There are 3 PTA's and 3 neighborhood groups in our area that qualify for the grants. We could really make a difference.
