Snow Removal from Sidewalks

It is the responsibility of each homeowner to clear their sidewalk of snow. The Board is very concerned for the safety of our school age children who walk to and from the front of the development to catch the school bus. As a result of the sidewalks not being cleared last year, children were walking in the street. Please make every effort to clear the sidewalk located on your property.

The Town of Elkton (Chapter 12.08,Section:12.08.060.Snow and Ice removal.) allow residents 24 hours to clear their sidewalks after snow has stopped. If you need to report someone who has not cleared the sidewalks on their property the number Code Enforcement is 410-398-4999.
