THE NEW KING’S POINT COMMITTEE

THE NEW KING?’S POINT COMMITTEE met on December 6th and discussed the best approach for the association to work through the development process. We are currently obtaining a proposal from a planning consultant to review Castle Rock?’s Framework Development Plan, which we expect to have approved in December. The proposal will include the review of density from the original to current plans, an analysis of the view corridors and comments on traffic impacts. We expect the planner to provide a report and meet with the committee and the association?’s attorney to discuss the findings, hopefully by the end of January. The association?’s attorney will be meeting with the E-470 District, working with the developer on a timeline, and most importantly drafting the mitigation notes for review.
