THE WATER COMMITTEE

THE WATER COMMITTEE continues to meet every two weeks. In response to Chenango?’s submittal of the ?“will serve?” letter (as reported in the March newsletter), ACWWA has executed a Memorandum of Understanding for Water Service, which the Committee and Chenango?’s attorney are currently reviewing. The committee has also approved a proposal for more detailed engineering plans, which will be executed upon final approval of ACCWA?’s Memo of Understanding. Please look forward to a community meeting in June for detailed information.
