Summary of the Deed Restrictions

No more than one family per household.

No out buildings, sheds, etc. Any attachment or alterations need prior approval of the Trustees.

Fences must be approved in writing - the Trustees also request signatures indicating approval of neighbors of adjoining lots be on plans submitted.

Plans and specifications for construction or alteration of homes must be approved in writing, by the Trustees prior to the beginning of work. This applies to additions, roofs, fences, garages, driveways, landscaping, curb cuts, pull-offs, etc.

No business may be conducted out of the home. Yard sales or garage sales are prohibited.

No signs, except house numbers, are allowed on the property. The Trustees by tradition have permitted one "For Sale" sign when a residence is offered for sale. There are to be no political signs, nor should there be any signs posted by contractors.
