Valley Heights Neighborhood

We are located off Homedale Rd. between 10th Ave So. and Montana. Our community is currently mixed with family owned and rental properties. We are in the Caldwell School and Irrigation districts. Ethnic makeup is mixed mostly with Latino and Caucasion families. Our population is a good mix of seniors and young fanilies.
