Thinking about making a change to the outside of your home or your yard? Did you know that the covenants for the community require that proposed changes must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the change being made! Changes that must be approved include such things as fencing, deck extensions, awnings, extensive landscaping, color changes, etc.... If you are thinking of making a change please contact Joan or Jim Atkeison at Association Management Services, 615-37-8094, and they will forward an architectual change request form to you.

SELLING YOUR HOME? If you have your home listed with a real estate company or if you are selling it yourself, please make sure that the closing agent contacts the Assoication Management Services for important that the buyer of your home will need.

AUTOMOBILES PARKING AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES!!
For everyone's safety, please park only in your garage or in your driveway and please remember according to the covenants for the community, recreational vehicles such as boats, motor homes, and campers, must be parked in the garage or behind your home where they can not be seen from the street.
