Fire/Security detection systems (alarm owner’s permit from local law enforcement agency and installer’s permit)
Sidewalk (new, replacement, driveway widening, sidewalk program, new driveway approach, approach replacement)
Commercial Construction
Commercial Structures: both new and alterations and additions to existing structures
Signs, including:
Wall mounted signage
Ground or free standing signs
Awning or canopy signage
Face replacement
Subdivision Signage (either temporary sales sign for entire subdivision or permanent entry sign)
