CHAPC Developer Checklist

In order to review your project effectively and to suggest ways to help solve project difficulties, please answer the questions below and return the questionnaire to the Committee Chair as soon as possible before your scheduled presentation. Your answers will help Committee members determine details and status of your project. Please provide as much detail as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

QUESTIONS:

Have you noticed the current tenants of the building according to City and State Law? What has been the response?

Do you intend to send notices to tenants and community members in other languages?

Do you have plans or drawings of the project to share with the Committee?
(Please bring them to the APC Meeting or Subcommittee when scheduled)

Have the area’s neighbors raised any concerns about your project?
If so, what are they and how have they been addressed?

What is the progress of addressing City Staff’s ‘Cycle Issues’ relating to your project?

Do you have any plans for changes to the exterior of the building?

Do you have any plans for changes to the interior of the building, including Plumbing and/or electrical?

Do you have any plans to upgrade and/or underground utilities that service the site?

Do you have sufficient parking? How many spaces?

Will you meet the current parking requirement?

Do you plan to repair/replace sidewalks/curbs/gutters?

Do you plan to upgrade landscaping?

What is the proposed price range of the units?

Are any of these units to be ADA accessible?
