Winter Decorations Contest Prizes!!!! Mayors Message

Residents of Fincastle,

As we usher in the winter, I would like to wish all a Happy Holiday Season!

With the rains of October, we were unable to have our annual OktoberFest Party. The weather can only delay us not stop us! We will be rescheduling the party as soon as it warms up! Stay tuned for more information.

With the snow, brings icy roads, and snow plowing. Please remember to NOT park on the street. Parking on the street creates problems for the residents and hinders the job that can be done clearing the streets. This will be monitored closely this year. Please do your part to help.

The City of Fincastle will be holding a contest for the house with the best Winter Decorations!

The winter decoration contest will be for the Holiday Season in December and will be judged by your City Council members on December 22^nd.

The prizes for the Winter Decoration contest are as follows:

1^st Place - $75

2^nd Place- $50

3^rd Place- $25
