February Meeting Highlights

Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m.

Old Business:
Discussion update concerning a web site for our city. Commissioner went over the information and training concerning a free web site for the city. It was decided that we continue with the development and implementation of this web site to enhance our communication. Information to go out in our newsletter.

Discussion continued about the soft drink machine at New Life Church. A commissioner will make contact concerning this issue and report next meeting.

Discussion brought up again about trash collection company for another neighborhood still using our roads. Letter sent from our city attorney. A response from the trash company that said we should notify them if it happens again. No specifics on how to proceed if it happens again.

Bids for concrete repair and the cleaning and resurfacing of the entrance was presented. Voted on and selected company to perform the work.

Discussion again about mail box expense. Commissioner mentioned that another neighborhood has a similar situation and they are going to have the responsibility for mail box expense with the home owner. Will continue this discussion next meeting.

New Business:
Treasurer's report for January was given.

The next meeting is scheduled for March 22, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.
