* An association helps us retain a sense of community as we work together to make a better neighborhood.
* We have more control over developments within our neighborhood and can therefore protect property values.
* There is work involved in maintaining a neighborhood, and there are bills to be paid. An association enables us to accomplish these tasks easily.
