?“Light Up The Night?”
At the Oct2004 CTPNA meeting, residents used the card storming process to determine CTP?’s top concerns. It was overwhelmingly decided that the biggest priorities were for crime and code violations.
Through the ?“Light Up the Night?” campaign, the Classen-Ten-Penn Neighborhood Association and it?’s MANY volunteers are delivering to every single home of 2100 a bag with FREE useful and educational material addressing both concerns. The light bulb included is especially important. Did you know that
lighting is the biggest deterrent to crime?
It prevents concealment and the ability to go unnoticed. It only costs pennies per day to leave your porch light on at night, but can prevent the loss of your property and promotes general safety for you and your family.
Detailed information on lighting, crime prevention, education on the City?’s Code Ordinances and MUCH, MUCH MORE is included in your bag.
We hope you will take the time to read the information provided to you (lots of them translated into Spanish), use the helpful items given to you, and help to make this a safer neighborhood. TOGETHER?….. we can greatly improve the quality of life and value here in Classen-Ten-Penn for ourselves and our children.
