Air Conditioning Units - (May 2009) The Board has revised the Rules and Regulations to allow
window air conditioning units in the front (street side) on the second floor only. They must be in the window and not attached to the building in any way. They can only be installed from May thru September and must be removed no later than September 30th. Window air conditioners can still be in the lower floor windows on the back side (not viewable from the street) but subject to the other conditions.
