Rule on Application of Partial Payments of Assessments and Other Fees and Charges

The Board of Directors has adopted these rules on applications of payments to the Association. If you have any questions regarding these rules, please call Brenda at 303-447-8988.

A payment of less that the full amount owed to the Association shall be applied to pay the following (if applicable) in the order listed, from the oldest to the most recent in each category:

1. Attorney fees and legal costs

2. Association costs and expenses

3. Late charges

4. Interest

5. Utilities, fines, and storage charges

6. Assessments
