It's that time again. Our annual dues are being distributed by our President & Vice President. Along with the dues they are handing out a copy of the Covenants and Restrictions and the By-Laws. Please have all dues in by September 12th.
As discussed at the Association meeting we have done a wonderful job in collecting past dues. In July of '02 we had 17 properties that we not up to date on their assesments. That was to the sum of over $3,000. Today we have 4 remaining that have not paid, to the sum of over $2,000 when you add interest & attornies fees. Of the last 4 we are now entering into the forclosure process & the first phase will add $800 to the total owed by the homeowner. I wish it didn't have to come to this, but We have to pay our dues Why Shouldn't they?
