The interest rate for Cityliving home mortgage loans available from the Minneapolis Community Developement Agency is now 5.8 percent with zero points for a 30-year loan. This rate is available to eligible homebuyers for straight purchase loans and combination loans used to purchase and improve a home. Existing homebuyers who want to refinance and carry out extensive improvements are also eligible. The MCDA has partnered with lenders who offer Cityliving home loans, accelerating the home buying process and making it more accessible to prospective homebuyers.
