The trustees mailed 23 ''last request'' invoices on January 25 to those homeowners who are still delinquent in payment of their 2004 annual fee. Those payments are due by February 15 to prevent property liens against them.
The 2006 annual fee invoices are going out February 15 with a due date of March 31.
