Certified Copies of Covenants and Restrictions are Available

We have made certified copies of the Covenants and Restrictions available to all Commons Homeowners Association members. Due to the potential liability issues we have decided to make the copies available to the members of the HOA for the printing and postage cost as they will not be available on the Website. Copies will be available by making a request and payment to:

These documents do not include Plat Maps which you may purchase yourself by visiting the Johnson County Recorders office.
