A new Board of Directors was elected at the November Homeowners meeting. Meetings for homeowner?’s will be every other month, the second Tuesday. The next meeting will be Tuesday, January 8th, 7:00 pm at the clubhouse. The Board will meet monthly.
We have been advised by the Denver Water Department that we may have to make some repairs to the Concha irrigation system to be in compliance. If you were living in Concha when the irrigation system was re-built several years ago, please contact our new President to share your knowledge.
The sidewalks along Iowa were recently repaired, along with a residence step replacement. Perimeter fence replacement will start soon. Signs will be posted at the mailbox when this begins. Updated Concha resident phone/address lists will also be posted there soon.
Reminder: your first course of action regarding an issue in Concha is a written request to our property management company (Management & Maintenance, 2130 S. Valentia St., Denver 80231). This enables them to track issues more efficiently and promptly. Of course, in emergencies you may call them at 303-755-2732.
