First Meeting a Success!

Thank you to all 48 neighbors in our community that took the time to show up to our meeting! Thank you also to the Pruitt?’s who allowed our meeting to be held at the VFW. To those people who did not attend but would like to be updated, please read below for a brief list of topics discussed by those who showed up:

-Crime: "gang" activity/ various crimes against our neighbors/ cleaning up unsafe properties/ speed limit enforcement/ beginning an active CRIME WATCH

-Possibility of incorporating Conifer Hall into the Town of Moncks Corner

-Neighborhood Cleanup: junky cars/ trash/ properties not maintained including entrances/ possibility of sidewalk and more neighborhood street lights to be installed

-Current Covenants and Restrictions began in 1979 and are binding until August 1, 2013 unless the majority of Conifer Hall residents vote to change them in whole or part. If you are interested in viewing a copy of the current Covenants and Restrictions, please go to the Berkeley County Register of Deeds. We will work on having a copy posted on this site soon.
