Parking:
Each resident is assigned
2 parking spaces. 1 covered and 1 uncovered. There are a few areas that have curb-side parking. Visitors spots are marked and are not for resident parking.

No Parking zones are clearly marked with red paint and/or signs. Parking in these areas are prohibited and vehicles are subject to immediate tow.

Homeowners may have vehicles towed that are parked without permission in their marked parking spaces. Residents that continue to inconvenience their neighbors by parking in their spots can be fined.

NO Parking is ever allowed on walkways/sidewalks, medians or grass.
