Here is a list of a few of the Community?’s Rules that you need to be aware of:

Washing cars in the complex is Prohibited.

Dogs need to be leashed at all times and residents are responsible for picking up after their pets.

Loud music from vehicles or homes is not allowed.

In the complex the Speed Limit is 15MPH

Jumping or Climbing over the community?’s walls or fences is not allowed.

Architectural forms MUST be filled out BEFORE any work is done. This includes block fences.

Only 1 For Sale or Lease sign is allowed for each unit . The sign can only be posted out front of the corresponding unit. No signs are allowed out in the front median of the complex .

Thank you to all our homeowners and residents that abide by the community?’s rules and requirements. We are sorry that we feel the necessity to include this in our newsletter, but unfortunately there are those few that forget that we all live in a community. We choose to live here therefore things that as neighbors we do also affect others on this property. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
