As most of you can see the property did not overseed this winter. This was done for three reasons:
1. With the painters and others making repairs to our buildings the grass would have been stomped on in some areas.
2. Doing the Paint/Repair work to the buildings without an assessment, the board wanted to cut costs where ever possible.
3. City of Mesa sent out notices to all the properties asking them to conserve water and not overseed this year.
We know that the property does not look the best because of this, but the bermuda will be sprouting up soon and the whole property is benefiting from the painting. Thanks for your understanding!
