A man in a dark blue pick-up truck has tried to pick up a teen boy in Copperfield and a girl in Lake Forest. He has a military hair cut, and a pencil thin goatee. The incidents have occurred around 3-4 in the afternoon. The police have been notified but you should inform your children of this situation and how to respond to strangers and similar situations.

If you see ANY suspicious vehicles or people in our neighborhood then please call the police immediately.
