If you are parking in the streets of Cottonflower that is the wrong place. Your CC&R?’S specifically state that there is no street parking allowed in the Cottonflower Community.
Goodyear City Code also states that vehicles are not to be parked on any unapproved surface or in the front yard except on an authorized driveway. Parking is only allowed on one side of the house. This is and has been an ongoing problem here and we are taking great strides to solve it. If anyone in our community has a problem with cars on their street, we ask that you please report this. We need to know the make, model, and color of the car, along with the license number, the date you saw the car, and the address that the vehicle is parked in front of. A new law was put into effect in 2006. Any one who wishes to report a violation must sign a form stating who you are. This information will be available to the public. Don?’t let that stop you from reporting any violations. Please contact Brad Lundmark by phone or email with this information. Working together as a community will help us handle what could potentially be a dangerous situation. Emergency response vehicles need room to get through the streets, and the children need to be kept safe from oncoming traffic.
