Some residents will be decorating their homes for the holidays. Last year, the community looked terrific. The Board would like to take the time to inform you of the rules of decorating according to our C C & R’s. All front yard exterior decorative items require written approval from the Architectural Committee prior to placement or installation. This includes, but is not limited to, iron work, fountains, statutes and personalized name plates. Holiday decorative items do not require approval; however, decorative items shall not be displayed more than 30 days prior to the actual holiday or more than 30 days after the actual holiday.
The first ever Cottonflower G.A.I.N. Party was held October 14 th. Thank you to all who helped plan and organize such a great party for the residents. Our committee leader, Randall Hubbard and volunteers, Kay Hubbard, Bill Beale, Lizann Pauline, Bill and Cathy Huffman, and Dana Roughton worked endless hours putting together this party. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and congratulations to all of those who won raffle prizes.
The new city issued trash containers were distributed in October. Please remember that trash pickup is on Thursdays only. Please be sure to remove your container from the street after the collection. The rule still applies that these containers must be kept out of everyone’s view not only by the HOA but also by the City of Goodyear.

3. Containers must be 3 feet apart from each other
