The City of Goodyear manages a Graffiti Abatement, or Removal Program. It is the goal of the division that all graffiti within the City’s jurisdiction is removed within 72 hours after being reported.

The removal of graffiti is achieved by either painting over the graffiti, pressure washing it, or sandblasting it away.


Graffiti Cleanup

If you notice graffiti in the City, please report it to the Public Works Department at 623-932-1637.

If you witness vandalism, graffiti or destruction of property, please report it to the City of Goodyear Police Department at 623-932-1220.

Together Against Graffiti (T.A.G.)

Goodyear is looking for volunteers to join Together Against Graffiti (TAG), a group of people made up of city workers, police, county attorneys, home owner associations and citizens who are working together against graffiti that is threatening to take over the cities. The program provides paint match kits at cost to home owner associations and/or residents.

The cost is $10 per kit. If you are interested in being a volunteer in your neighborhood, please contact Code Compliance at 623-882-7815 or TAG at 623-933-9391.

Rewards of up to $250 are being given for information on graffiti vandals. Call the graffiti hotline at 602-262-7327. You will remain anonymous.
