CALL JOHNNY DAWSON on his cell phone at 602-295-7471. Johnny met with The Board of Directors at our April 19, 2001 regular Board meeting. He offered to paint the outside of all single level houses for $1000 and two level houses for $1500 to $2000. That includes the paint. You will be satisfied with his work.
Johnny has been given a list of Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams colors that have been approved for houses in Country Hollow.
