Napa Cabbage Slaw
1 head Napa Cabbage-shredded
1 bunch Green Onions?—sliced
1 package Bean Sprouts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 packages ramen noodles, uncooked, crushed
Dressing:
1 cup oil
4 T sugar
6 T rice vinegar
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 pkgs ramen noodle seasoning (1 chicken, 1 Oriental)
Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl. Bake the ramen noodles until golden brown (400 degrees for about 5 minutes). Mix dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage mixture. Top with baked noodles and sunflower seeds right before serving. (from Stacy Prince of NW 21st)
