As of our January board meeting, only 31% of homeowners have sent in their dues. To successfully maintain our neighborhood - we must have an increase in homeowner support. Our main service as an association is just around the corner - SNOW REMOVAL. We have successfully secured a snow removal service (see SNOW article below), and need your dues to help keep our streets safe and passable in the winter.
Crooked Creek Heights South Neighborhood Association (CCHSNA) is a volunteer association. This means that no covenant mandates funding by homeowners. However, without better participation, we may not be able to continue to provide these valuable services to our residents.
A large number of homeowners are now volunteering their time to organize and run our association (see back page for listing). Our association is now registered with the city, provides a phone mailbox for inquiries, publishes a newsletter and is developing a web site. All with one purpose in mind - maintaining the safety and aesthetics of our subdivision to make this a better place to live and raise your family.
The Association?’s success is based on active participation by CCHSNA homeowners. Be sure to send in your membership application and dues today, and encourage your neighbors to do their part in supporting our Homeowners Association.
