Annual Homeowner's Meeting

Please make plans to attend the Annual Homeowner's Meeting on Thursday, November 20th at 7:00. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria of Elrod Elementary.

Your presence is vitally important. Many issues will be discussed that directly affect you as a homeowner. Some of the potential items on the agenda are:

1) An increase in quarterly dues (review Article IV, Section 4.3 of your Declaration of Covenants);

2) A possible increase in quarterly dues above and beyond the increase mentioned above;

3) Neighborhood policies concerning collection of dues and parking;

4) Neighborhood Repairs and Maintenance;

5) Review of Restrictions regarding the community.

If you can not attend, please give to your proxy to someone you know will be in attendance, drop it off at the management office or simply bring it by one of the Board Member's homes.

We do hope to see you there and are looking forward to hearing what our neighbors opinions are regarding the various issues to be discussed.
